Prelude to the Dream dirt-track race

The International Race of Champions series disappeared four years ago, but the Prelude to the Dream is emerging as a worthy successor for pitting all-stars from racing’s divergent disciplines. The exhibition race at Eldora Speedway on Wednesday night will feature champions from NASCAR, IndyCar, motocross, rally racing, ARCA, the World of Outlaws and the NHRA.The 25 drivers in the 30-lap feature will represent more than 60 titles and 696 victories across more than 20 circuits. There’ll be nothing at stake other than bragging rights, but that’s enough to draw a stellar field for the sixth edition of the charity event organized by Tony Stewart. Read More…
